Refunds for payments made via the payment gateway are not often accepted, except in the following situations:

A technological mistake results in multiple debits of a customer's card or bank account or a single debit of an excessive amount. Due to a technical mistake, the customer's card or bank account will be debited, but the enrolment for the exam will not proceed. Consumers would receive free enrollment from (website name) for their use. However, if the customer requests a refund under such circumstances, the money will be returned to them after any applicable fees from the payment gateway have been deducted.

If an original payment receipt was generated when making payments, it must be submitted with the application for a refund by the customer, along with the transaction number. Send the application to (website name) in the format specified. If the application is manually processed and the claim is valid, (website name) will reimburse the amount electronically to the mailing address provided in the online registration form within 2 days of receiving the application. Depending on your bank's policies, it could take 5 to 7days for the money to appear in your account.

If a user or payer orders goods for which the payee or user still needs to receive payment, (website name) will contact them to fix the situation before handling the payment.

Users/payers should be made aware that if a chargeback involves any of the products they have purchased, payment has already been made to the payee/user/service provider, and the money shall be settled as agreed.
